Exopolitics Glossary of Terms.Below is a list of common terminology, jargon and concepts used in the whole UFO/ET/Exopolitics field of research. This list will be updated from time to time with new entries. If you have any questions or think a term or definition should be in here please let us know. Thanks. ? Exopolitics. From the dictionary ( http://dictionary.reference.com ) Exo: Out of, outside, out. A prefix signifying out of, outside; as in exocarp, exogen, exoskeleton and exobiology, among others. Politics: The science of government; that part of ethics which has to do with the regulation and government of a nation or state, the preservation of its safety, peace, and prosperity, the defence of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of its citizens in their rights, with the preservation and improvement of their morals. ? From Dr Michael Salla, The Exopolitics Institute web site: "Exopolitics is the study the of the key actors, institutions and political processes associated with extraterrestrial life." ? From Stephen Bassett, Exopolitics World Network: Exopolitics is:
? Disclosure. Disclosure (with a capital D) - formal acknowledgement by the U.S. Government (and others) of the extraterrestrial presence engaging the planet. Disclosure Process - current private and public efforts to bring about disclosure since 1947, which intensified in 1991 with the end of the Cold War. Disclosure Project - is a nonprofit research project working to fully disclose the facts about UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and classified advanced energy and propulsion systems that have been reverse engineered from crashed or downed alien craft. ( www.disclosureproject.org ). ? Close Encounters Classifications (CE): CE 1 - Close Encounters of the First Kind: CE1 is a general observation of one or more Unidentified Flying Objects. There is not interaction or evidence, only an observation. CE1 Example: you see a flying saucer drift across the sky, take a sharp turn (or not). It then heads off over the horizon. CE 2 - Close Encounters of the Second Kind: CE2 is determined when an Unidentified Flying Object or objects interact with the physical environment in some way and leave some sort of physical trace evidence. This could be an indentation in the ground, a burn mark, residual radiation, chemical residue, damaged foliage, a physical artefact, etc. CE2 Example: You are walking in the fields when you see a circular 'burn' mark in the ground with 3 indentations around the edge, perhaps indicating landing feet. Professional UFO investigators come back, find residual radiation and soil structure changes. CE 3 - Close Encounters of the Third Kind: CE3 is where the observer witnesses an extraterrestrial entity or entities either inside or outside their craft but without other contact. CE3 Example: you and a friend walk up over a rise and see an alien craft land a couple hundred metres out in the paddock. You see occupants who get out and gather some plant samples (or not). You see them, they may see you (or not), you wave at each other (or not); they board their craft and leave. CE 4 - Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind: CE4 involves some sort of interaction between you and the alien race, whether on Earth or in their craft or both. This could be a pleasant experience or a frightening experience. Often, but not always, there may be some sort of PTSS (post traumatic stress syndrome). In some cases there are some residual evidence such as a scar, 'scoop mark' or bruise. There may or may not be some sort of physical implant. CE 5 - Close encounters of the Fifth Kind: A more recent addition to the list, a 'CE5 initiative' is human initiated contact. Unlike the first four which are passive in nature on our part, this is an invitation sent out by us to 'them' to meet up somewhere. This is often done out in the country somewhere, perhaps a friends property. Contact is typically done telapathically as most advanced races use this as their main communication method but can also incorporate the use of flash lights, laser beams or ground markings, among others. Acknowledgment of 'contact' could be a sighting in the sky that responds to telepathic requests to move or change direction, or an actual craft hovering, or landing, close by in the nearby area. Occupants may or may not necessarily be visible. ? Alien Craft Typology This list is currently being compiled. ? Extraterrestrial Typology This list is currently being compiled. ? ? |
